Who is the Happiest person in the world

On reading my title everyone might predict the happiest person will be an Infant nope is my answer. Even Baby's will have their Hard day when they miss their mom or dad or if they sent to school, Then who is the Happiest person ? My Answer is this, Life is filled with adventures and discoveries there can be many choices and paths to our lifes we cant be sure to take which route or path though if we go to wrong path or though if we select the wrong choice in our life acccidently it is not the end of the road still we can make a comeback learning from our mistakes !!! "One who taste defeat in life will stand tall in life in future", The happiest person is one who find out the inner peace with in him. People might say i'm the happiest person in d world after they acheiving their short term goal like when they placed in dream colleges or dream company but it is not so tat happiness is like a passing cloud which will be a temporary thing, Finally According to me the happiest person is someone who doesn't starve for money the most and still he finds a way to enjoy and engage himself in a conservative way without stressing him much and also one who finds an answer of what is their life is all about, if someone got the answer to this question i'm sure he will be the happiest person in the world !!!!!

Relaxation Techniques

INTRODUCTION

The Relaxation is a technique in which we use our silence to do all the talking.

TYPES OF RELAXATION

Relaxation can be divided into 3 categories The First one is physical where we give rest to our eyes, mouth etc and we take some rest(eg, Sleeping, Deep thinking). The Second one is Spritual Relaxation where we search for the silence inside us i.e something we search within ourselves (eg, Meditation, Yoga etc) to be more precise in meditation we do silent prayer thinking about the almighty or we will close our eyes to get some relaxation. The Third one is Practical Relaxation this is something we do relax ourselves by watching tv, hearing music etc i.e the things we love the most (may be our hobbies) we do for relaxation.

CONCLUSION

Relaxation is something the humans need to spend and will be spending mostly to recover or overcome from their problems, difficulties etc
