INTRODUCTION
The Relaxation is a technique in which we use our silence to do all the talking.
TYPES OF RELAXATION
Relaxation can be divided into 3 categories The First one is physical where we give rest to our eyes, mouth etc and we take some rest(eg, Sleeping, Deep thinking). The Second one is Spritual Relaxation where we search for the silence inside us i.e something we search within ourselves (eg, Meditation, Yoga etc) to be more precise in meditation we do silent prayer thinking about the almighty or we will close our eyes to get some relaxation. The Third one is Practical Relaxation this is something we do relax ourselves by watching tv, hearing music etc i.e the things we love the most (may be our hobbies) we do for relaxation.
CONCLUSION
Relaxation is something the humans need to spend and will be spending mostly to recover or overcome from their problems, difficulties etc
